TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This page tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of our listed products on our website, www.mccormickculinary.com.ph, to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order from the site. By ordering any of our products, you are bound by these terms and conditions.
1.1 We are McCormick Philippines, located at SYSU Centre 145 Panay Avenue, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines, 1008, trading as www.mccormickculinary.com.ph and its subsidiaries, associates, and officers unless otherwise stated.
McCormick Philippines is operated by SYSU International, Inc., the country’s leading importer and exclusive distributor of premium brands.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions dictate the supply by us of any product ordered by you on the site. By agreeing to order any of our products, you are legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Infringements on these Terms and Conditions may be subject to legal action.
2.1 To place an order, you must first register and create an account on the site.
2.2 Once you select a product, the price and any applicable delivery charges will be shown to you. Unless otherwise stated on the site, all charges are issued in Philippine currency.
2.3 You shall pay the full amount reflected on the receipt shown to you upon checkout. All payments shall be made through credit or debit cards via PayPal and/or DragonPay.
2.4 Depending on the status of your credit check – whether all payment details submitted to us are correct and are sufficient for the purchase – we reserve the right to proceed or not to proceed with the transaction.
2.5 All information submitted to our agent and or site must be accurate and up to date. Any changes relevant to McCormick shall be made known to us.
2.6 Once an order has been submitted, you agree to the Terms and Conditions stated here.
2.7 Your order remains valid unless we receive notice that it has been cancelled (see section 5).
2.8 If any mistakes have been made in your order, please inform email@example.com immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in accordance to your instructions.
3.1 We only accept payments made through Debit Cards, Credit Cards (VISA & MasterCard) via PayPal and/or DragonPay.
3.2 We ensure that every payment transaction occurs within a secure environment. As soon as your details have been processed, an email will be sent right away to confirm your transaction.
4.1 We aim to deliver orders that have been processed at the given place of delivery indicated by you.
4.2 We aim to deliver within the time agreed upon purchase. Please allow 2-3 working days for deliveries within Metro Manila, and up to 5-7 working days for deliveries outside Metro Manila.
4.3 We process orders from Monday to Fridays during non-holiday periods. For transactions made during the weekend and/or holidays, orders can be expected to be processed within the next working day.
4.4 We shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
4.5 Upon receiving your order/s, you will be required to sign for your delivery. Once signed, you are agreeing to have inspected the package for any faults, defects, or damages.
4.6 Receipt received upon delivery shall be kept in case of future discussions.
4.7 For Orders of Colors and Flavors outside Metro Manila, please take note that some areas may have longer delivery times.
5.1 If you wish to cancel an order, please contact McCormick’s Online Store Hotline (02) 642-6265 immediately.
5.2 The amount subject for refund will be determined based on the status of the order before it was cancelled. Cancellations made before the order was packed or in transit will be refunded for both cost of products ordered and delivery fees. Cancellations made after the order was packed or in transit will only be refunded for cost of products ordered; delivery fees must still be paid.
5.3 The cut off time for receiving cancellation requests will be from the day of purchased, until 1PM. For transactions paid through Debit Cards, the amount subject for refund may be received after up 30 days or more.
6. Faulty Products
6.1 We guarantee all products dispatched for delivery are in excellent condition.
6.2 If any complaints shall be made, you shall agree to keep the product in its current condition, subject for inspection by our agent.
7. Data Protection
7.1 We process all information rendered by you in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
8. Philippine Law and Jurisdiction
