We have applied changes to our delivery process to accommodate orders. Please read below guidelines:

FOR ORDERS WITHIN METRO MANILA:

As our current courier provider is unable to fulfill orders, these will be delivered via LALAMOVE or GRAB:

1. Place your order as usual on the website.
2. Shipping cost will not be reflected at checkout; you will only be required to pay for the product cost.
3. Once your order has been paid, a Customer Service Representative will reach out to you within 3 days to confirm your order and determine your delivery location.
4. The Customer Service Representative will book either LALAMOVE or GRAB, and inform you of the DELIVERY FEE to be paid via COD.
5. Please allow 5-7 working days for deliveries.

FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE METRO MANILA:

1. Place your order as usual on the website.
2. Shipping cost will still be reflected at checkout and you will be required to pay for product cost and estimated shipping cost.
3. Please allow 5-7 working days for deliveries.
