1 Tbsp McCormick Smoked Paprika
500g Ground beef
5 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy sauce
1 packet Dashi powder
1/2 cup Green Beans, sliced
1 pc Carrot, Brunoise
1 bunch Kangkong, chopped
1 Tsp McCormick Black Pepper Ground
1 cup Japanese breadcrumbs
1 pc egg
500ml Palm oil

Smokey Mayo Dip:

1 Tbsp McCormick Smoked Paprika
1 tsp White and Black Sesame seeds
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 sheet Nori


1.Preheat oil in a large skillet pan over low-medium heat.


2. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Shape into small golf balls and dip in egg and coat with breadcrumbs.


3. Shallow fry for 3-4 minutes per side over medium heat or until golden brown.


4. Meanwhile, mix all ingredients for the dip and set aside.
