Beefy Onion Rice Recipe

Ingredients: (Makes approx. 14 servings)
3 tablespoon oil
3 cups long grain rice
9 tablespoons McCormick Onion Minced
1 ½ teaspoon McCormick Italian Seasoning
14 ounces beef broth
1. Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add rice and onion; cook and stir until rice begins to brown.
2. Stir in broth and Italian seasoning; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
