We have applied changes to our delivery process to accommodate orders. Please read below guidelines:
FOR ORDERS WITHIN METRO MANILA:
As our current courier provider is unable to fulfill orders, these will be delivered via LALAMOVE or GRAB:
- Place your order as usual on the website.
- Shipping cost will not be reflected at checkout; you will only be required to pay for the product cost.
- Once your order has been paid, a Customer Service Representative will reach out to you within 3 days to confirm your order and determine your delivery location.
- The Customer Service Representative will book either LALAMOVE or GRAB, and inform you of the DELIVERY FEE to be paid via COD.
- Please allow 5-7 working days for deliveries.
FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE METRO MANILA:
- Place your order as usual on the website.
- Shipping cost will still be reflected at checkout and you will be required to pay for product cost and estimated shipping cost.
- Please allow 5-7 working days for deliveries.
